Step 3: Choose rewards you want to redeem
Step 4: Review reward information then tap Redeem in the bottom right corner of the screen
Step 5: Tap Redeem to confirm FiPoint payment
Step 6: Waiting for reward delivery. Rewards are usually delivered within 5 minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to seven days for giftcard delivery. Please note that with token and NFT reward, Fizen will cover the transaction fee. You will be notified once the rewards are delivered.

Step 2: Select Lucky wheel on the top of Reward Catalog screen.
Step 3: Select Spin. Each spin will request spending FiPoint.

Step 5: If your reward is a puzzle piece, go to Your reward page to keep track of the number of pieces you own, send them to friends, or combine them if you have collected all. Fizen will give you 1 NFT of the gift once combined successfully and physical gifts. Please note that combining pieces will require winner verification by phone number and email.

Step 2: Select Share icon for the piece you want to send
Step 3: Choose your recipient. You can select from your contacts or recent activities, input or scan a wallet address.
Step 4: Confirm sending the piece
Step 5: The recipient will be notified once the piece is delivered.
