Sign up

Step 1. Go to https://merchant.fizen.io/signup

Insert your email address, password and tick the checkbox.

Make sure that you have read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Step 2. Check your mailbox

Find the email titled “Verify your email” sent from [e-mail].

If you did not receive the email, you can click Resend at the bottom of the page.

Once you find the email, click the Verify Email Address button.

Step 3. Sign in

Input email address and password you have set, then click Sign in.

Step 4. Get approved

If you have not been whitelisted, you would be redirected to the following page.

In that case, please contact [e-mail] to be put on the whitelist.

If you have been whitelisted, you would be directed to the Set up 2-step verification page after signing in.

Step 5. Set up 2-step verification

Install a Google authenticator application, use the application to scan the QR code, then enter the code from the application.

5.1. Download one-time use backup codes

If you ever lose access to your 2-step verification device, you can use a backup code to sign in.

Click the Download one-time use backup codes button to download, then keep them somewhere secure.

Then, click Continue

Step 6. Set up your crypto wallet

This is the wallet you will use to receive crypto payments from your customers. You will have full control over your wallet - Fizen Pay does not store your secret phrase/private key and cannot access the funds in it.

Please click the Create wallet button.

We will prompt you to prepare to write down your secret phrase.

A secret phrase is a sequence of 12 words that gives you access to the cryptocurrency that you have received. Anyone with your secret phrase can get access to your funds. To secure your funds, it is very important that you do not lose this secret phrase and do not reveal it to anyone.

Please click the Show me my secret phase button.

Write down your secret phase and save it somewhere safe. After that, tick the checkbox and click OK, I’ve saved it securely button.

To make sure you have saved your secret phrase correctly, select each word in the order it was presented to you on the previous screen to recreate your secret phrase.

If you forgot your secret phrase, click the ← button to go back.

After you have entered your secret phrase, click the Verify secret phrase button.

Step 7. Go to dashboard

Congratulations, you have finished setting up your Fizen Pay account! Please click Go to Dashboard button to go to Fizen Pay dashboard.
