• It’s credit, not cash. It pays for eSIM plans in the app. It can’t be withdrawn, transferred, or swapped for crypto.

Campaign Rules

These Campaign Rules apply to the eSIM $10 Welcome Credit Campaign (campaign code esim10). They are the Campaign Rules referred to in the Fizen Promotions Master Terms and must be read together with the Fizen Master Terms of Use and the Fizen Privacy Policy. Where these Campaign Rules conflict with the Promotions Master Terms, these Campaign Rules prevail (Promotions Master Terms, clause 11). 1. Sponsor. Fizen Limited. 2. Campaign Period. The Campaign runs from its announced start date until Fizen announces its end, in-app or at fizen.io/esim. Fizen may modify, suspend or end the Campaign at any time, including before any stated end date, in accordance with clause 7 of the Promotions Master Terms. Credit already granted before the Campaign ends remains usable until it expires under rule 7. 3. Eligibility. The Welcome Credit is available to a natural person who creates their first Fizen account during the Campaign Period, holds an active account in good standing with any KYC required under clause 5 of the Fizen Master Terms of Use, and is habitually resident in a jurisdiction where the Campaign is offered. Fizen determines eligibility at account creation. Not eligible: existing or previous Fizen account holders; additional or duplicate accounts held by the same person; accounts created through routes Fizen has excluded from this Campaign; persons in jurisdictions where the Campaign is unlawful or restricted; and Fizen employees, contractors and their immediate family members. 4. Limits. One Welcome Credit per person, per device and per household, regardless of the number of accounts, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods used. Fizen may apply an overall cap on the number of Welcome Credits issued during the Campaign and may close the Campaign once that cap is reached. 5. Qualifying Activity and Reward. The Qualifying Activity is creating an eligible first Fizen account. The Reward is USD 10 of promotional eSIM credit, granted to the account after Fizen validates eligibility. Fizen may delay or withhold the Reward pending validation, KYC re-verification, AML or sanctions screening, or fraud investigation (Promotions Master Terms, clause 3). A further USD 2 of promotional eSIM credit is granted after each successful eSIM purchase, subject to the same rules. 6. Using the credit. Credit may be applied only to eSIM purchases made in the Fizen App. Credit may cover up to 30% of the value of an eligible order; the balance of the order is payable by the Participant using an accepted payment method. Whether an order is eligible, and the amount of credit applied, is displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Credit may be applied across multiple orders until exhausted or expired. Fizen may exclude specific plans, destinations or order types from credit eligibility. 7. Validity and expiry. Credit expires twelve (12) months after it is granted. Where further credit is granted to the same account, the expiry date of the account’s entire credit balance is extended to twelve (12) months from the date of that grant. Expired credit is forfeited and is not reinstated, refunded or compensated. 8. Nature of the credit. The credit is a promotional discount benefit denominated in USD for use within the Fizen App. It is not money, e-money, a deposit, a stored-value instrument, a security or a Digital Asset. It has no cash value, earns no interest, cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, assigned, gifted or exchanged for crypto or fiat, and is not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Credit is not property of the Participant and confers no rights other than those in these Campaign Rules. 9. Refunds, returns and reversals. Where an order paid in part with credit is refunded, returned, replaced or reversed — including under the 1:1 Trip Guarantee & Refunds policy — the credit portion of that order is not refunded in cash. Fizen confirms the treatment of the credit portion with the Participant as part of the support case. Refund eligibility, fees and the refund method are governed by the applicable eSIM refund policy and depend on the plan purchased and how payment was made. 10. Fraud and abuse. Clause 6 of the Promotions Master Terms applies. Without limitation, creating multiple or duplicate accounts, using false, stolen or synthetic identities, device or IP manipulation, emulators, bots, scripts or automation, and transactions structured primarily to obtain or extract credit are prohibited. Fizen may investigate, suspend or close accounts, withhold, reverse or recover credit, cancel affected orders, refuse future participation and report to authorities. Fizen’s decision is final. 11. Tax. Participants are solely responsible for any tax arising from receiving or using the Reward (Promotions Master Terms, clause 8). 12. No investment solicitation. Nothing in this Campaign is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation in respect of any Digital Asset (Promotions Master Terms, clause 5). 13. Disclaimers and liability. The Campaign and the Reward are provided “as is” and “as available”. Clause 10 of the Promotions Master Terms applies, including the limitation of Fizen’s aggregate liability. 14. Order of precedence. Campaign Rules > Promotions Master Terms > Fizen Rewards Program Terms > Fizen Master Terms of Use.
