Most failed payments come down to one of six things. Work down the list in order.
Nothing is wrong on your side. If the payment shows as failed, try again a little later, or contact support in the app and we will check the status for you.
Do not pay again. Wait for the final status first, otherwise the merchant may be paid twice. If it stays in processing for a long time, contact support rather than retrying.
In Vietnam, QR Pay pays QR codes of Vietnamese account holders. Ask the merchant for a different code. This rule does not apply in the Philippines.
Some codes are generated per transaction and stop working after a while. Ask the merchant to show you a fresh code.
Many banks reject a transfer whose message has characters outside letters, numbers and spaces, such as a hyphen, slash, dot or equals sign. The in app keyboard has none of these, so if the merchant’s code carries such a message, ask for a plain code.
QR Pay allows US$800 per payment and US$1,000 per week per user. See Limits and Fees.

Deposit did not arrive

If your QR Pay balance did not change after a deposit, check two things: the network you sent from, and whether you had gas. A deposit on Solana needs a little SOL in your wallet, while a deposit on BNB Chain costs no gas fee. QR Pay accepts USDT on Solana or BNB Chain only. USDT on another network, or another token, cannot be deposited into QR Pay. Move it to Solana or BNB Chain with Swap & Bridge first, then deposit again. See Deposit into QR Pay.
