Export your private key

Go to Settings → Security

Open the Fizen app → Settings → Security.

Tap Export Private Key

Enter your PIN to authenticate.

Store securely

Copy your private key and store it offline. Never share it.

Reset your wallet

Resetting removes all data from the app. Make sure you have your seed phrase or private key before proceeding.

Go to Settings → Security

Find the Reset Wallet option.

Confirm reset

Proceed only if you have your backup.

Restore

Re-import your 12-word seed phrase to restore access.
