Using Your Card

Anywhere Visa is accepted — 150M+ merchants worldwide, online and in-store. This includes platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon, and most global e-commerce and subscription services.
Yes. Fizen Card works globally wherever the Visa network is supported. Local currency transactions are converted at real-time FX rates (1% FX fee applies for non-USD payments).
Yes. You can add your Fizen Card to both Google Pay and Apple Pay. Go to Crypto Card in the app and follow the steps to add your card.
Yes. Fizen Card is 3DS-enabled. When a 3DS prompt appears, open the Fizen app — it will automatically pop up the 3DS frame. Tap Approve to complete verification.
This depends on the platform. Most platforms (including Meta) refund verification charges immediately. Google Ads may charge a small amount that is refunded once the card is verified. If the refund doesn’t appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
Each platform has its own risk policies. If you’re using a US-issued USD card on a platform that charges in a different currency, the transaction may be declined — this is a platform restriction, not a card issue.Check what currency the platform charges in, and whether it supports US-issued Visa cards.
This is caused by exchange rate fluctuations during settlement. The initial charge is based on the rate at the time of payment. When the transaction settles, if the rate has changed slightly, the difference is automatically adjusted. This is normal — it’s not a duplicate charge. To investigate a specific transaction, provide your transaction ID to support.
Log in to the merchant’s platform and cancel the subscription from there, or contact the merchant’s customer service directly. Fizen cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf, as subscriptions are agreements between you and the merchant.Tip: Avoid enabling auto-subscriptions unless necessary — too many failed subscription charges can trigger risk controls.
  1. Check the merchant details — it may be an auto-subscription you forgot about
  2. Check if you signed up for a free trial that converted to a paid plan
  3. Confirm whether you’ve shared card details (number, expiry, CVV) with anyone
  4. Contact the merchant to clarify the charge and request a refund if needed
If you believe the card has been compromised, freeze or close the card immediately from the app.
  1. Open the app → Crypto Card
  2. Go to Transaction History
  3. Select the transaction you want
  4. Find the Transaction ID in the details
