## Getting Started

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I apply for a Fizen Card?">
    1. Download the [Fizen App](https://fizen.io/app?ref=c12M\&utm_source=other\&utm_medium=fizen\&utm_campaign=jul26\&utm_content=help-center-fizen-card-faq) on iOS or Android
    2. Open the app → go to **Crypto Card**
    3. Tap **Apply Card**
    4. Submit your information and complete KYC
    5. Wait for approval — you'll be notified via push notification
    6. Once approved, your virtual card is ready to use immediately

    Make sure your wallet has at least **10 USDT/USDC** and enough **Solana tokens for gas fees** before applying.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How much does it cost to create a card?">
    The standard card creation fee is **\$9.99 per virtual card**.

  <Accordion title="What ID documents are accepted for KYC?">
    Fizen accepts government-issued photo ID, including:

    * Passport
    * National ID / CCCD
    * Resident permit / resident card
    * Driver's license (issued by your country of residence)

    Make sure your photo is clear and all details are readable. Blurry or mismatched documents will cause KYC to fail.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The system shows an error during KYC. What should I do?">
    Common causes:

    * Information entered doesn't match your uploaded document
    * Photo is blurry or not properly captured
    * Incorrect postal code

    Try again with a clear photo and accurate information. If the issue persists, contact support with the email address you used to register.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How many cards can I create?">
    You can create up to **100 virtual cards per KYC verification**. Only one KYC is required.

    Each card has a unique card number, expiry, and CVV.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I'm from a restricted country. Can I still apply?">
    Yes — if you are a citizen of a [restricted country](/help-center/fizen-card/unsupported-countries) but **currently live in a supported country**, you may still apply.

    During KYC, select your **country of residence** (not your home country) and submit valid proof of residency such as a resident permit, long-term visa, or local driver's license.

    See: [Exceptions for unsupported countries](/help-center/fizen-card/exceptions-for-unsupported-countries)

## Using Your Card

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Where can I use my Fizen Card?">
    Anywhere **Visa is accepted** — 150M+ merchants worldwide, online and in-store. This includes platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon, and most global e-commerce and subscription services.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does Fizen Card work when traveling abroad?">
    Yes. Fizen Card works globally wherever the Visa network is supported. Local currency transactions are converted at real-time FX rates (1% FX fee applies for non-USD payments).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does Fizen Card support Google Pay and Apple Pay?">
    Yes. You can add your Fizen Card to both Google Pay and Apple Pay. Go to **Crypto Card** in the app and follow the steps to add your card.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does the card support 3DS verification?">
    Yes. Fizen Card is 3DS-enabled. When a 3DS prompt appears, open the Fizen app — it will automatically pop up the 3DS frame. Tap **Approve** to complete verification.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="When I add my card to a platform, a small verification charge appears. Will I get a refund?">
    This depends on the platform. Most platforms (including Meta) refund verification charges immediately. Google Ads may charge a small amount that is refunded once the card is verified.

    If the refund doesn't appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A payment was declined when topping up a game or online platform. Why?">
    Each platform has its own risk policies. If you're using a US-issued USD card on a platform that charges in a different currency, the transaction may be declined — this is a platform restriction, not a card issue.

    Check what currency the platform charges in, and whether it supports US-issued Visa cards.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="After a payment, I see an extra deduction or refund. Why?">
    This is caused by exchange rate fluctuations during settlement. The initial charge is based on the rate at the time of payment. When the transaction settles, if the rate has changed slightly, the difference is automatically adjusted.

    This is normal — it's not a duplicate charge. To investigate a specific transaction, provide your transaction ID to support.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel a subscription charged to my card?">
    Log in to the merchant's platform and cancel the subscription from there, or contact the merchant's customer service directly. Fizen cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf, as subscriptions are agreements between you and the merchant.

    **Tip:** Avoid enabling auto-subscriptions unless necessary — too many failed subscription charges can trigger risk controls.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A transaction appeared that I didn't make. What should I do?">
    1. Check the merchant details — it may be an auto-subscription you forgot about
    2. Check if you signed up for a free trial that converted to a paid plan
    3. Confirm whether you've shared card details (number, expiry, CVV) with anyone
    4. Contact the merchant to clarify the charge and request a refund if needed

    If you believe the card has been compromised, **freeze or close the card immediately** from the app.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I find my transaction ID?">
    1. Open the app → **Crypto Card**
    2. Go to **Transaction History**
    3. Select the transaction you want
    4. Find the **Transaction ID** in the details
  </Accordion>

## Card Management

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I view my full card number, CVV, and expiry date?">
    Open the Fizen App → **Crypto Card** → select your card. Full card details are displayed in the card management section.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I freeze my card?">
    Go to **Crypto Card** in the app → select the card → tap **Freeze**. A frozen card cannot be used for new transactions but will still receive refunds and incoming funds.

    You can unfreeze the card at any time from the same screen.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I close a card?">
    Go to **Crypto Card** → select the card → tap **Close Card**.

    **Important:**

    * Closing a card is **permanent and irreversible**
    * The \$2 close card fee is non-refundable
    * Any remaining balance on the card **will not be refunded**
    * Please withdraw your balance before closing
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I reopen a closed card?">
    No. Once a card is closed, it cannot be restored. You will need to apply for a new card.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why was my card suddenly closed?">
    Cards may be closed automatically if:

    * The card has been inactive for an extended period and has accumulated 3 months of unpaid maintenance fees

    Make sure to maintain at least $500/month in spending to have the monthly fee waived, or keep a small balance to cover the $1.50/month fee.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My card information was leaked. What should I do?">
    Act immediately:

    1. Open the app → **Crypto Card**
    2. **Freeze** the card right away to block new transactions
    3. If you believe the card is compromised, **close it**
    4. Contact support at [cs@fizen.io](mailto:cs@fizen.io)

    Do not share your card number, expiry date, or CVV with anyone.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I find the refund for a returned order?">
    If a merchant has confirmed a refund, it will be automatically returned to your card once the card network processes the settlement. Estimated time: **30–60 days** depending on the merchant and network.
  </Accordion>

## Security

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Is Fizen Card a legitimate, original card?">
    Yes. Fizen is a direct card issuing partner of Visa. All cards issued by Fizen are original cards opened using the user's own verified identity documents. Fizen does not issue or sell stolen or third-party cards.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What BIN is the Fizen Card?">
    Fizen Card uses a **US bank BIN (CBW Bank, USA)**. This gives the card high trust and stability on major platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does the card hold or freeze funds?">
    No. Fizen Card does not hold or freeze your funds. What you load, you can spend — immediately.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is my USDT safe? Where is it stored?">
    Fizen uses an independent blockchain wallet system. Your funds are held in a non-custodial wallet — separate from Fizen's platform and management systems. This means only you control your private keys.

    From your master wallet, you can distribute funds across multiple cards without any conversion fee.
