# How to Apply for a Fizen Card

## How to apply

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Fizen Super App → Crypto Card">
    Download the [Fizen App](https://fizen.io/app?ref=c12M\&utm_source=other\&utm_medium=fizen\&utm_campaign=jul26\&utm_content=help-center-fizen-card-apply-for-a-fizen-card) if you haven't already. Go to the **Crypto Card** section.

  <Step title="Tap Apply Card">
    Select **Apply Card** and follow the prompts.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit information & complete KYC">
    Submit your ID and personal details for verification.

    * If you've already KYCed with Sumsub, enter your email for fast-track
    * If you hold a passport from an [unsupported country](/help-center/fizen-card/unsupported-countries) but live in a supported one, submit proof of residency

    **Important:**

    * If you've completed **QR Pay KYC**, do NOT create a new account
    * Use the same Fizen wallet that passed QR Pay KYC for your card KYC
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for approval">
    You'll be notified via in-app push notification when your card is ready. Usually fast — check the app to confirm status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your card is ready">
    Virtual card details are available immediately after approval. [Top up and start spending](/help-center/fizen-card/top-up-and-pay).

## From a restricted country?

If you're a citizen of a [restricted country](/help-center/fizen-card/unsupported-countries) but live abroad in a supported country, you can still apply. See [Exceptions for unsupported countries](/help-center/fizen-card/exceptions-for-unsupported-countries).
